sFont is a simple and easy-to-use freeware Font Viewer. User interface is friendly and intuitive so you will be familiar with all its functions almost instantly. sFont is developed to be as simple as it can be, because we think that Font Viewer is meant to be simple. There are no useless fancy options that can be very annoying and impractical. It is built to do basic things that one Font Viewer must do and nothing more than that. This is a principle named "Keep It Simple, Stupid" (KISS).

What is "Keep It Simple, Stupid" (KISS) principle?

KISS principle is a colloquial name for the empirical principle that simplicity is an essential asset and goal in systems and (industrial) processes. It is popular in software, animation and engineering in general. The term KISS is an acronym of the phrase "Keep It Simple, Stupid." Many other versions have also been used, such as "Keep It Sweet & Simple" or "Keep it Simple, Sweetheart." Most of the expansions maintain the same idea of the principle, roughly corresponding to the Occam's razor and to Albert Einstein's maxim that "everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler".
